Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Europe is coming soon.

Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–16 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and duties
United States: prices include all costs. If a carrier ever asks you for an extra fee, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Canada: orders may be subject to GST/HST, PST, QST and carrier handling fees. If these are not collected at checkout, they may be due at delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us and we'll resend it or refund you.
